Now normally, I wouldn't plug LeVende Lounge simply because the last time I was there, thier staff did a little too much and let a little too much booty through the door. Mofo's couldn't breaf up in der! When we go out and give you our money, please accomidate us with some ventilation and space. We want to actually be able to dance and make it across the room in less then 20 minutes. I haven't attended LeVende simply out of pure frustration, so we've moved on .... but! ever since thier one year anniversary recently, they've been regaining thier reputation back. What's going on here? Via membership, I've been receiving weekly newsletters from them and thier guest list has been bananas lately! Do I have to swallow my pride and give into the LeVende hype once more?

As we proceed 2 give you what you bleed...PST kicks off year numba two (and springtime) with one of the world's best, DJ Eleven (The Rub/Local 1200) comin straight outta Brooklyn. Expect the party to get ripped to shreds, and maybe Eleven will lace you with one of his numerous new mixtapes. If that aint enough, PST Family Member M1 of Dead Prez will be in the building, celebrating the release of his new solo slappage, "Confidential." Records spin, microphones rock, bodies twirl: its a party. Levende Lounge 1710 Mission Street 21+ wiht ID Dress Code: Make Mama Proud 21+ with ID Members are free all night, non-members $10 Early arrival is necessary to guarantee admission.
Well, there you have it! If you don't catch him Thursday night, you can see him opening for Ghostface at Mezzanine on Friday.
